CAN YOU PRINT ME 1 SHIRT? 

Unfortunately, screen printing isn't a process best suited for making individual items. Most of the work for printing an order of shirts happens during setup before you actually start printing. Setup time for an order is the same whether it's 300 shirts or 1.
To make the work cost effective to both us and our customers, we have minimums for orders.

We can point you towards someone who has Heat Transfer or Direct to Garment Printing capabilities.
These are processes better suited to producing just a few shirts. Conversely, these processes are not best suited to printing a larger quantity order.

HOW BIG CAN YOU PRINT?

Generally we only print up to 13"x16". If your needs are beyond that, contact us and we'll see what we can do. 

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY FILES? 

This is important. You can visit our file prep page, or we can do it for you. File prep is $30 / hour. Before we start any work on your files, we will always quote you on expected completion time.

HOW MUCH ARE YOUR SETUPS FEES?

We only have setup fees for poster printing, or if we agree to take on an order for a quantity under our minimums. For all of our standard orders though, we do not have any setup fees. This is structured into our pricing chart so that you can more easily see your final cost per item.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? 

Our turnaround time is 7-10 business days. Certain processes and additional services can extend this time. Please refer to our Terms + Conditions page for an in depth breakdown of these details.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES? 

For apparel printing, our minimum is 25 pieces.
For poster printing, our minimum is 50 pieces.
For koozie printing, our minimum is 50 pieces. Some color choices may up the minimum to 100.

DO YOU HAVE PRICE BREAKS? 

Yes! We have price breaks at different quantities for different services. Notably, our quantities are not in dozen quantities like most printers.

CAN I MIX AND MATCH THE COLORS OF SHIRTS AND INKS? 

Yes! For shirts, as long as it's the same style, you can pick a new garment color every 12 garments, with no added charge. For ink changes, it will cost you an additional $10 per color.

I'M MISSING A SHIRT OR TWO FROM MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENED? 

Due to the nature of this business, under-runs are a possibility. Whether it be a factory flaw found in a shirt, a vendor shortage, or a print we feel isn't up to our standards, you may not get your exact number ordered.
We always do our best to get you what you ordered though and we will refund you the cost of any items shorted from your order. Please refer to our Terms + Conditions page for further information.
